It's a fair 'mistake of identity' when she was shot 4 times & then bludgeoned with a cricket bat. He must have been thinking.....'you must be a gorgeous blond model burglar....not my girlfriend !!!' How could you not realise that your partner is not next to you in the bed ?? He has to put on his prosthetic legs before he can get up. I wonder if nthey would allow bail here in good old 'soft Aus ?' I think no....not even here.
