The judge said Pistorius called out to Steenkamp...asking her to call the police...before he shot...
Twice in fact.
I find it hard to believe Steenkamp would not respond...from behind the toilet door...once hearing Pistorius call for her to ring police...twice.
Does not add up...and the judge said as much about certain aspects of his argument...I assume referring to this?
Regardless if Pistorius thought she was a burgler or not, he killed her...wrongfully...on his own admission...so at best he is facing manslaughter, or perhaps culpable homicide?
Still a jailable offence...up to 15 years I believe.
