Anyone who wants to VOTE LABOR should be allowed to, with two conditions. Firstly the dog must be desexed and secondly the owners must be as well. The effect of this would be twofold. Pitbulls would cease to exist over a decade or so and the owners would not be able to breed and further dilute the gene pool. Australia would be a smarter and wealthier country. The savings in welfare payments would be enormous.
