I should mention the closest thing they have to competition in Australia is a company called Santanol, who had their first harvest in 2014. Significant considering it takes approx. 15 years to grow the stuff so they're the only competitor who I'd classify as competition, and have a large backer from a US company so could potentially pose a threat in the future, but lack the experience and intellectual property TFC have accumulated in order to improve their survival rate to 90+% . Plus, TFC have multi-year contracts in place and control many segments of the supply chain.
