I think the abbreviation for " Vietnam American Exploration Company LLC" should be VAEC and not VAMEX as I used before.

However, I am more convinced now that the news is current and the Pitkin stake of 25% has been sold off to some other company.

As mentioned in at least one of those two news items I pasted, once again the purchasing company's details were not revealed. Very frustrating.

From the comment by Premier in their announcement that Premier was willing to provide advice and guidance to its purchaser (and I guess the partners generally) for the drilling of the well at CRD and also at Silver Sillago I wonder if that is an indication that the newbie is not all that familiar with the task involved.
Or is it just a precaution by Premier that it does not want to see the drilling mucked up and not gain the benefit from a successful completion (another $35 m or whatever it is)?????
