Competition can be a motivating factor.

FSE first came to my attention around Sept/Oct last year when they were trading at a similar price to the current SP. Nothing spectacular has happened in that time has it?

RES on the other hand has gone through a 10:1 consolidation and now the 1:1 rights issue. The meteoric rise in share price from 20cps to $1.00 recently gives me a very good indication of where this is heading once the shackles are off. Despite the further dilution of the 1:1 rights issue, we still only have approx 160 million on issue and once the 30+ million is in the kitty, we should be set.

I don't know much about FSE fundamentals other than the fact they have a LOT of shares on issue. I'm very confident holding RES at the moment. FSE might be worth a look after they have done a consolidation perhaps? I'm not sure....just my amateur opinion.
