MM, Gsizer (or anybody else), as you guys probably know about such matters, can you explain PB's thinking behind reselling TZ products without having any formal agreement in place? I would have thought that it would be imperative to any company, let alone one if PB's standing, to be absolutely sure as to what margins they stand to make on reselling products? I just cannot imagine Company B selling Company A's products without an agreement on pricing!
So how is PB selling TZ products in other regions? ie what agreement? A handshake? :

Which begs the question, are there reseller agreements in place which shareholders don't know about? If so, should they would have been released to the market as this one was:
