I think it would be better if you telephoned or emailed Domacom as a ShareHolder as I would think they would be bound to tell you which firms are doing the Due Dilligence . In my opinion I can percieve a number of potential counter party mismatches in this deal , needless to say it appears we have no balance sheet or revenue statements that have been provided to the market (IMO). Im not sure ( in my opinion) how they are divorcing the operating assets from the corporate entity when there are current Tax Liabilities that Aqua alerted us to.

It would be good if you could get some information from the DCL or some of the Directors.
