Stephen Copulos has sold down over 7M of his shares, signalling his exit from the group. Given CKF hasn't performed too badly, this is a real dummy spit.
Fundamental are still looking good with the usual intra-divvy flat SP now evident. With healthy increases in profit (up 37.4%), EBIT (up 46.4%), ROC (up 2.5%) and divvy (up 9.5% to 11.5c/sh) this company is heading in the right direction. I also suspect the summer season will boost their product demand, so looking forward to a good H1 result.
Sizzler (Aust) continues to go the wrong way and has been flagged as noncore, code for disposal. Sizzler Asia appears to still be a business in the making, so an unknown at this point.
