    I don't really understand why people believe the HX will be a financially viable option for building houses.
    I estimate the current labour cost of bricklaying to be about $15k per house, ($1.50 per brick * 10,000 bricks). The cost of building the average house is about $200k so this robot is missing most of the market, and trying to do something which labourers do easier than a robot.

    Maybe CAT will develop a bot which can build tilt-slab buildings which will be much more useful as robots could do things in this area which are physically difficult for labourers.

    I have some shares, not because HX will be a good product but because I see the child like glee nerdy investors get from FBR.
