The report stated that CR would be used to fund R&D into other uses for the technology, assuming the HX is a success.
So if they're planning on CR for R&D even though the HX is earning them 'phat stacks' then I'm assuming they'll be using this pile of revenue + the CR monies for R&D.
Bank balance won't be skyrocketing even though HX success because its being eaten by new R&D. Until that new research is proven there's nothing of value gained so therefore the stock price is going to remain comparatively low like it is now??
