You are forgetting the speed at which the HX can build. This would decrease the build cost due to speed of delivery. At present it takes weeks to get a house to the close up stage. HX also builds the internal walls, which would decrease the cost of materials/ labour of the chippys etc. IMO I see people paying a premium to have their house finished a few months earlier than traditional building methods.
