I don't think it's got anything to do with FBR why this house hasn't sold . As you are probably aware the housing market in WA is probably the worst it's been as long as can remember . Most of the project builder in WA are down by at least 60% ! Just get onto reiwa and find out how long houses are sitting before they sell . Also I think that $595,000 is over priced for that area . Just my opinion .
