All what you say is spot on , your forgetting one thing , better quality product for the consumer , and less money to pay for rent as they they will move in quicker. Speed up Cash flo for the builder is also a very important factor . Can't see anything but positives with FBR . Sure they will have hick ups along the way , but I'm very impressed how far they have come in such a sort time since listing , and the professionalism of the management is outstanding .The positives far outweigh the negatives IMHO.
