Incitec have a deal with Perdaman (non-binding at this point, I think) to build an $4.3 billion urea plant. But this is conditional on Woodside's Scarborough going ahead. Although approval is expected in the next couple of month for Scarborough, there have been a few questions raised. Also, not sure if Perdaman's plant will be 'low carbon' like Haber, so whether that raises funding issues post-Glasgow is also interesting question.
All in all, I would be surprised if Incitec is not talking to Strike too about becoming an equity investor in Haber.
