Expecting some pretty significant announcements at or following the AGM today.

The date of the AGM is a fraction later than usual so I suspect this is so the results of the immanent Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) can be announced at the meeting. Given the current strength of gold, silver and base metals the DFS will prove up an extremely robust Phillips River Project. A decision to procede with the Project is an obvious conclusion.

On the back of such a positive DFS Tectonic will have (and already has - note well) many intersted parties knocking at their door regarding provision of debt funding, off-take agreements and possibly partnership.

Given such a positive outlook and a share price that remained subdued (to say the least) I suspect today will be pivotal for the share price on the back of a much broader market interest.
