The Aussie trial was approved - but never started as they decided to take on a US centric and bigger trial.
Better for credibility, and I suspect indirectly financially as in the USA. I have never seen it written, as I dont know the trial format (? not sure if it is double blind placebo controlled) - but there is a way you can charge patients in the USA for the Oncosil product once you have the IDE approved. They expect IDE approval in Q4 2015.
As Oncosil is a "device" - you need less data than for a drug submission for CE and IDE.
