Read my post again, there is a big difference between reporting news events, as opposed to offering an opinion about the news events.

And to be clear, the media can report or not report whatever they like, (if you don't like it, start your own media empire).

It is the News medias job to report the News (what News they report is up to each media outlet).

Which is why it is healthy to have diverse media ownership.
