Why invest if you have queries on the quality and forward earnings? Do you like the value?
The non trading are the involuntary company stores. RFG underwrites the lease and therefor has to pick where the franchisees couldn't. In many instances it is better to close (put into administration) than to run. This has been a focus by PG and will continue to be. The current network of franchisees is the best they've ever had. Most of the dead wood is out.
