    Perhaps Eskom (being the SA Govt owned power utility) will agree to an offtake contract that provides the equity portion of funding in return for a eternal coal supply LOL.

    Maybe that's why the Eskom contract is still under negotiation. They did indicate they will deal with TFR direct. Perhaps this is an indication of the Govt's intention to provide funding???

    Am I clutching straws now???
