Given how many accouting firms have been sued or ended up merging because of dodgey audit opinions in the past and the increased focus on the small cap sector in audits, does anyone seriously believe PKF would sign an unqualified opinion if they had the slightest doubt. Whats more the first and most examined asset in any such audit is cash as under accouting standards they must convince themselves the company has at least 12 months cash or they MUST qualify the accounts.
