pl. explain,

I am following the vpg since one year, from low 0.035 to recent high 12, I did not understand when sp is going up, investor with negative thoughts disappear and appear back when sp ready to steady and smooth.


There is no doubt that market condition is very bad but Vpg is the only Reit who started first selling assets to raise money and strengthen BS,they have done a very good job and they are in very good position now.

Pl explain me where vpg lack, I see more positive in vpg than any negative .

No debt due in 2009.

They must have money now after selling and saving from distribution.

Only one thing matter in Australian market. How good assets are if USA Down, everything down
