I should also add that there is not likely to be shareholders' value dilution for VPG via capital/fund raising at undervalued price, as is happening now with CNP and ABP (and IIF, correct me if I am wrong).
This is a big tick for VPG.
Quite on the contrary, they've got proceeds from assets disposal (only the VCS ones) and they voluntarily suspend interim dividend (to be assessed in Aug 2009). This is precious in a time like this, as this means that they can pick up cheap assets down the track.
