    I guess I am stuck on the word issue. If Komodo had taken up a shortfall in the origonal issue as posters here say, does that phrase allow them to continue to issue for 13 months.
    ie thats not creating more options with SH approval.
    Thats just issuing the shortfall possibly off market?
    I am not familiar with underwriting practices.

    Just a hypothetical query based on one line plucked out of the prospectus.
