I recall you raising this fact last year. You are 100% correct in your observation. However what we do not know is whether these NKP purchases by Komodo Capital are being held on behalf of other parties. If they were exclusive ( directly or indirectly) for PL I would have thought disclosure was required? Do not forget that other PL related companies have been used from time to time.

Maybe someone with legal background can answer.

Anyway the confidence in committing funds by Komodo would instill confidence that a profit was to be expected if/when a takeover eventuated. The major holders register does not illustrate a mass exodus although I suspect that the syndicate ( no one holder on Top 20 list with 7m NKPO) that has the 7m options on offer again after being withdrawn once may have become tired of waiting for that imminent news that continues to be promised.
