I would say the only reason would be if a similar scenario happens as the Beng con court case. Perhaps its already very obvious to DMR that Genorah didn't have a complete application when they won the rights in 2006.

So if it got to court the judge would rule similarly. Genorahs application was invalid due to no environmental planning or no "xxx". The application only needs an oversight or two and it isn't worth the paper its written on.

Then Genorah would need to reapply along with others. Beng won back 50% because they had special community application which trumped ours.

Don't know what Anglo/Arm have that would trump us if it came down to both parties needing to reapply. Surely they cant apply to convert old order into new order. Surely they missed that boat?
