    Does this mean that a BFS would need to be forthcoming before a mining right is granted ?
    My understanding is that the BFS would vary depending on who the JV partner / partners may eventually be.
    This all depends on getting thru the Anglo/ARM dispute !

    Or can a mining right be issued before a BFS ?
