A copy of the BFS has already been given to one large platinum miner that i am aware off who is waiting for the disputation resolution before proceeding with any JV discussions. FACT!
The Mining Right will be issued. No reason why not in my opinion as NKP has lodged all the relevant paperwork. Unfortunately the DMR will only provide feedback on the status of the Mining Right to NKP representatives. I have tried and failed to obtain a status report.
