RR, 21 shallow wells were supposed to have been dug by the end of 2011 in TT. I doubt if they will reach 21 by the end of this year. It's been over a year now and they still haven't got all the rigs approved and operating. This was supposed to happen a long time ago. I think the Old Fogies who sold range their TT asset have done PL and co like a couple of kippers. I have been saying for a long time now that every delay cannot be due to petrotrin.
