If there is some sort of pooling going on re loans or something? which is way beyond me...the waters might be rising???

and i really feel that the heads of agreements should be public...or if commercially sensative...any details that affect shareholders participation should be available..

Listing includes responsabilites..

and they are trying for the JSE...so more responsabilities and public scrutiny.
Authorities look at facts and dont rely on chat,imo.
