Totally agree.
Only caveat is that CDU is almost de-risked and could run a beauty parade of say 6 banks, give THEM the loan document terms with the advice "that's the deal". Not quite the same as ABC etc who failed.
The banks would grumble like hell - but you always have a secret weapon on your side when you don't really need the money - their greed.
