Wrt to dilution I see the buy back as a compensator for that and the game was pre-planned this way. Often one sees the buy back but because it was done prior it is then not considered. It should be taken into the equation re dilution.
We saw this on a previous occasion and the strategy was exactly the same. Certainly some of the dilution was mitigated by the buyback.
