The fact of the matter is it costs too much to operate than what you are bringing in the door.
NICC are completing winging it with zero idea of the financial outcomes of the regulations they are introducing.
The idea of saying that a business that owns 1% of Australia's pokie machines needs to remediate itself whilst the other 99% aren't doing shit, is utterly ludicrous.
