Then, Asset Value + Pure Property Play + Gaming Revenue = 2.5B + 2.5B + 1B = 6B minimum. Just IMO.
Ofcourse the sentiment has taken a brutal beating due to governance and management, which explains the irrational SP, but that is in slow recovery mode now..
