Could be anticipation buying on all-round positive events. The article on the weekend also said the license is likely to stay. It also named another buyer party we hadnt heard of before. The article has to be quite instrumental to today's movement esp around this time when the Bell report is due. The chart has also turned bullish on daily timeframe. As I have been saying, this stock is an absolute 'no-brainer' BUY!
