$473 million - $673million (estimated TTD). This was downgraded from $1.3billion. Even slashing the valuation into half, buyers will offer a premium to bid over. I can't speculate how much but there will be a lot of private equities to take over. I won't be surprised if Blackstone comes to the rescue.
