Much of the cost of Queens Wharf has already been paid in prior years I believe , however I could be wrong. If anyone knows specifics that would be appreciated.
even if there is a blow out on costs, there is a significant asset there which has been mostly paid for in progress payments over the years. Locations like Queens Wharf don't come up every day. I believe history will prove it to be a bargain
