I know there will be an announcement prior to trade resumption. I doubt the shares would be allowed to trade if there isn't one.

They announced that the report was going to be released on the 30th!. they haven't released it, tell the market why! they don't have to go into detail or talk about anything that isn't final. Silence permits speculation, and speculation in most instances has an impact on sentiment and share price. The sentiment can also be bad for management reputation too and that could have further impact on the share price when it resumes.

I'll bet the instos and major share holder probably know the details cause they would call McCann up and ask what the fu== is going on. Retail share holders on the other hand have to read the speculation in the media.
