Worst case scenario will be Austrac fine at 10% of transaction value more likely 5% of transaction value as occurred with crown. If their are multiple interested parties wanting control of all the assets then there is no reason this won't be bought out before the Austrac fine settled. The Crown fine was 450m in instalments based a 8.9 billion buyout price.
