I totally agree with you on this one. My hope is they have been trying to raise enough capital to address fines, debt repayments, tax etc all at once so they can announce a clear path with allowances for the past, present and near term future obligations. I am sure they have explored the path of what if we can't raise the cash needed to continue for the next 12 months and the media has got wind of their activities and pumping the worse outcome.
I've been in favour of radio silence but if they say nothing this week, then that is just poor leadership.
