Firstly the March and June quarters are two and five months away. The word unlikely' is an opinion not of SGR; rather, as stated above that's the opinion of lenders (we don't know how many). Well lenders would always like their money back playing it safe like they do.
But from what I've read it is a 50/50 situation where SGR could get over the line. Just a bit of good news from the regulator, state government or other could help SGR survive — and hopefully with buffer to spare.
