Okay, having a loved one who died as a result of something you call a Scamdemic - tells me just about enough of your sense of reason and empathy. Try saying that in person one day to someone who watched a loved one die, suffocating on their own fluids.
Here is an idea - go back to YouTube - and keep watching conspiracy theories.
On a side note, the Philippines is the most high risk destination in the world - and we all know why. If you are travelling there and having your account blocked... think harder. You may not remember what lax restrictions resulted in last time for banks.
