I’m for punishing people who break the law but they all get bonuses & walk off into other “opportunities” while us punters pick up the bill
To add insult to injury we rely on regulators to police management & when they fail us they hold us responsible, & we’re supposed to Stockholm Syndrome bow to them
Meanwhile bitcoin & other cryptos that have little legit uses are gaining more legitimacy while regulators are again asleep at the wheel
Anyway none of us knowingly enabled any criminality, nor were we negligent but we accept getting bent over like sacrificial lambs by those who were to save appearances
