Nice summary @Zimingliu. I feel pretty comfortable with nearly all of the risks you have identified. The likely financial impact of most of these is able to be estimated, or at least “guessed at”, and the company seems to have already taken steps to ensure access to funds to meet whatever financial liability ultimately results from those risks. For example, we have a rough idea what the AUSTRAC fine will be. I am confident that, in a year or two, all of these risks and concerns will have been resolved, broadly in line with expected costs. And then the quality of the company’s assets, augmented by a hopefully thriving Queens Wharf, will finally be given a chance to shine.

The one single risk that worries me a bit, simply because it’s much harder to guess at its scale, is the four class actions. I have no idea as to how credible these actions are, and about their likely chance of success. I think everything else is manageable, already pretty well known about, and we will get through those. But the class actions seem more opaque. We don’t seem to talk about them much here. I wonder if anyone has a good feeling for how credible and threatening they might actually prove to be?
