Open to correction from HC members with a constructive mindset to the real dilemma for SGR. Not all jurisdictions issue the local Casino(s) with a poker machine license eg ACT where there is a comparatively small Casino (formerly owned by Aquis Entertainment, frequent adverse publicity on a range of matters eg unusual trading activity in the then ASX listed shares), with table games only. Poker machine licenses to a large degree operate under a Community Organisation type policy eg issued to "not from profit" organisations such clubs and such, who trade under a virtual monopoly free from any real commercial competition.
