Yes JC, this is the SGR Board who was elected to address previous governance and compliance matters identified in the Independent Inquiry. The same Board who appointed the current CEO to lead the remediation to establish the SGR business for the future under new gaming regulations. Why doesn't the majority SGR institutional holders tip out the entire Board and CEO and start with a new page, would be welcomed most likely by the Regulator and wider holders and stakeholders.
