This is a property play right now. They have spend $3 billion on a property to open soon they own a % of. They are only capped at just over $1 billion, plus they own Star Sydney property. Roll the dice, with solid asset backing. If the licence goes, they will receive great rent from the new owner.
They have raised enough capital to cover class actions and the remaining funds to develop the Qld property. The downside is limited in my view, however roll the dice, if they land on good management and a casino licence, then it will be a good run.
The price should be better in August once Qld is finished.
