Whenever SGR is spoken of in media I've noticed commentators are often talking about how the regulators might’ve over stepped & that it’s basically achieved nothing beyond unjustly & punitively destroy shareholders capital
In this light serving up Star on a platter for PE or Blacksone or whoever would be unwise to say the least (things are already failing the pub test )
as an aside I’ve got no problem with shorters but it’d be nice to see these ambulance chasing variety get smoked & at 1.1 billion MC it really wouldn’t take too much to start it
