It assumes that Scott Saunders, Rav Townsend and Eileen Vuong of Commission of Inquiry infamy will continue doing untold damage to the Star Casino brand and continue doing nothing about the chronic understaffing, chronic poo performance and continuing nit the change the kamikaze culture.
With Scott Saunders, Rav Townsend and Eileen Vuong continuing to not fix the problems, there is a huge cloud over Star.
