Yes, fair question. However, back to the current SGR issue and a litany of noncompliance, refer the findings and recommendation from two Independent Inquiries. From the outset, SGR persevered with the customary arrogance and self-entitlement, right through to the very emboldened stare down with the newly elected NSW Labor Govt for a taxpayer funded bailout not so long ago, with threats of high levels of loses of frontline jobs, notably none from the SGR executives and Board. That type of corporate strategy is never forgotten by the pollies, and the SGR became even more toxic within Govt and in the wider community. No sympathy for SGR, even less for the SGR holders.
